EXCHANGE / RETURN:  All products on the website made to customer’s exclusive order. Production begins after the customer has confirmed the order and paid. After the product has been sent to the printer, an exchange and/or return of the product is no longer possible. Please note this when ordering a product. However, in the event that the products received have defects or do not correspond to the order, you have the right to return or exchange the product. In this case, you should immediately contact Lolly Shine.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 3 business days. You will receive a readiness message by email. Your artwork will arrive at its new home safe and sound with premium delivery services (UPS, FedEx or DHL) within 10 business days, when ready for shipping, if you live in the EU. Delivery to other countries will take longer time. If you are geographically based in Cyprus, then delivery carried out by the local postal services or by courier from Lolly Shine.

Please note that international orders (outside the EU) may be subject to duties, fees or taxes levied by the destination country and/or shipping company. Lolly Shine is not responsible for these additional charges. To find out what the possible fees are, please contact the local postal service or customs agency.
